Charles Hamilton Molyneux, 78, of Beverly, Ohio, died Friday, June 16, 2017, at his home.He was born on Oct. 30, 1938, son of Charley Edward and Bernice Emma Singree Molyneux.He had worked for AEP Muskingum River Plant from 1970 until his retirement in 1999. After his retirement, he started his own delivery service, with AEP as his primary customer. He loved to drive and enjoyed going to the different AEP plants. He attended Smith United Methodist Church. He had been a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles No. 3665 at Beverly for many years and had held many offices during those years. It is with deep, and heavy sadness that we announce the death of Justin Daniel Hamilton, 31, of Cumming, Georgia who went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 3, 2017. Justin was a loving husband, father, son, brother and friend. He enjoyed baseball, fishing, traveling and working for his family business. Justin achieved his dream of owning a business, forming many close relationships with customers and making a positive impact on his community. Most of all, however, he cherished being a devoted father and provider for his family.Justin was born Oct. 7, 1985, in Kansas City. Although born in Missouri, he was a Georgia boy at heart. Justin graduated from North Forsyth High School in 2004 where he was a star baseball player. He went on to play college baseball at Georgia Perimeter College. Tristan Alexander Hamilton, 15, of Heber Springs, passed away June 14, 2017. He was born November 27, 2001 in Tacoma, Washington. Tristan was a member of Calvary Baptist Church of Clinton, enjoyed playing video games and listening to music. He was also a jokester and tried to make everyone around him feel good.Left to cherish Tristan's memory are his mother Anglia Green; father Dale Ludtke, sisters Alicia Pugh of Heber Springs and Amber Pugh of Greenbrier. He is also survived by his niece Ryleigh Green and many cousins and other family and friends.A memorial service will be held at Calvary Baptist Church in Clinton on Saturday, June 17, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. with Brother Bill Moran officiating. Burns served.Burns spent 32 years saving lives, most recently with the West Chester Fire Department, where he served 19 years.Firefighters from Hamilton, Deefield Township, Mason and Middletown saluted as the procession passed by.The procession arrived at the Springdale Church of the Nazorean at 10 a.m. for Burns’ funeral service. Friends and fellow firefighters delivered heartfelt eulogies for their fallen comrade.West Chester Fire Chief Rick Prinz has known Burns for nearly 40 years and spoke about their life-long friendship. The two began in the fire service together. Prinz was the best man for Burns at his wedding.“Today, the West Chester Fire department has truly lost a hero,” Prinz said. “Sometimes, I think we learned more about firefighting and being a man and all about life from sitting on that wall outside the firehouse.”Burns devoted his life not only to fighting fires, but also his family and faith.“Now that you're in heaven, brother, I'll still have your back, and I know you'll still have mine,” Shannon Hayden, of Colerain Township Fire Department.Many say Burns had a way of spreading laughter, even as he entered hospice.“Even in these last few weeks and days, his fight to live his passion for others, his humorous jokes and comments all kept us laughing and wondering in amazement,” Prinz said.More than 16 Hamilton firefighters will fill in while the men and women who serve West Chester attend Burns’ funeral

State shuts down Mount Clemens funeral home - Crain's Detroit Business

The Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs has shut down Wm. R. Hamilton Co. – Groesbeck Chapel in Mount Clemens. The funeral home at 226 Crocker Blvd. had committed fraud, deceit or dishonesty in its practice; provided funeral services without a mortuary science license; and used an expired registration, LARA found in an investigation.The department had issued a cease and desist order in November 2016, but the funeral home continued to service clients, according to a Thursday news release.The funeral home did not immediately respond to a request for comment.On Monday, the department ordered Wm. R. Hamilton Co. and its manager, Philip Kirkwood Hamilton, to cease and desist operations. Their mortuary science licenses were also summarily suspended.The matter has been referred to the Macomb County Prosecutor's Office.
