Rushing Long. She was preceded in death by her son, Carl Dean Radle; a grandson, Dennis Michael Johnson; her parents and all of her siblings. She leaves her daughter, Donna M. Holland (Gordon), of Bull Shoals, Arkansas; three grandchildren: Rebecca Sullivan, of Huntersville, N.C.; Bradley D. Johnson (Elaine), of Rogers, Arkansas; Daniel R. Johnson, Coweta, OK; two great-grandchildren, Matthew Sullivan of Huntersville, N.C.; and Camryn Johnson, of Jenks, OK.; stepdaughter Carrie Beeman (James) of Lake Oswego, OR; and stepson Eric Holland (Tawnya) of Claremore; and five step-grandchildren. She also leaves her sister-in-law Rona Long, of Rusk, TX., and numerous nieces and nephews. She was employed many years as bookkeeper for Mall 31 in Tulsa, retiring at the age of 78 when she moved to the Grand Lake area to enjoy more time for fishing. Ethel was known for her kindness, generosity, sense of humor, love of music and fishing, and her fabulous pies. Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 1st at Luginbuel Funeral Home, Vinita, (phone: 918-256-5555). Service will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at the Memorial Park Chapel at Memorial Park Cemetery, Tulsa, (phone: 918-627-0220). Memorials may be made to a favorite charity. Local teen drowns in Arkansas lake - Miami News Record

BULL SHOALS, Ark. — A Miami teenager was one of three people who died during two cliff-related accidents on Bull Shoals Lake over the weekend.William Carver, 18, drowned after he jumped off a bluff popularly known as Dinosaur Head near the Brown's Beach area.Carver graduated from Wyandotte High School last month, according to principal Steve Buckingham.Buckingham said the teen was on vacation at the time of his death.“He was a hard-working kid that really worked hard his senior to overcome some obstacles and meet all our graduation requirements,” Buckingham said. “He was one of the kids I was really proud of that made it.”He said Carver attended all four years at WHS.According to a Marion County Sheriff’s Office news release, Carver swam to the bluff, climbed up and jumped into the water from a height of 30 to 40 feet, but had difficulty getting back to the boat and went under.The sheriff's office was notified of the call just before 4:15 p.m. First responders from the Bull Shoals Fire
