Marcia Elaine Shepherd Trekell of Indian Mound, Tennessee, passed away Friday, May 19, 2017, at Signature Healthcare of Clarksville. She was 71. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date. The remains are to be cremated. Arrangements entrusted to Anglin Funeral Home, Dover, Tennessee. She was born August 7, 1945, in Clarksville, Tennessee, daughter of the late Cecil and Margaret Ellen Shepherd. She was a homemaker who loved her family, her books, her pets, and the green hills and hollows of her family farm. She is survived by her husband Louie F. Trekell; son Ernest Peacher of Hermitage, Tennessee; daughter Sonia Peacher Gensler (Steve) of Norman, Oklahoma; daughter Heather Trekell Miller of Dover, Tennessee; son Jason Trekell of Indian Mound, Tennessee; and two granddaughters, Shelby and Samantha Miller of Dover, Tennessee.In lieu of flowers or food, the family asks that you please make a donation to the medical research foundation of your choice.

Jerome Neal Foster, 60 of Dover, TN passed away on Monday, May 22, 2017 at Henry Co. Medical Center. He was born October 3, 1956 in Clarksville, TN son of the late Dexter Foster and Anna Reed Foster. Mr. Foster was a probation officer for Mid Cumberland Community Corrections and a graduate of Montgomery Central High School and Austin Peay State University. He was an avid fisherman, a Braves fan and a member of Walnut Grove Baptist Church. Survivors include his loving wife of 27 years, Neva Annette Brown Foster, Dover, TN, brother, David Foster (Patty), Clarksville, TN, nephews, Jonathan Foster and William Taylor, niece, Sherry Threatt and honorary niece, Gloria Jones. James Clyde Barnes, died peacefully at Spring Meadows Nursing Home on June 5, 2017 in Clarksville, TN at the age of 90. Visitation will be from 4-8:00 pm on Wednesday, June 7, 2017 and 12-2:00 pm on Thursday, June 8, 2017 at Anglin Funeral Home in Dover, TN. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, Thursday, June 8, 2017 with Rickey Parker officiating. Burial will follow at Barnes Cemetery in Stewart County. Ellsworth Mines, 76, passed away on Tuesday, June 6, 2017 in Clarksville, Tennessee.   Mr. Mines was a lifelong resident of Chattanooga before moving to Clarksville to be closer to his beloved grandchildren. Ellsworth was born June 24, 1940, in Winchester, Tn. He joined the United States Navy in 1957 then married Martha Sue Mines in 1960. He owned his own catering service, Bronc’s Catering and also worked many years for Adams Lithographing Company.  Ellsworth had a passion for reading books and viewing western movies.  He was an avid coin and stamp collector, a hobby he enjoyed very much. He was known for being a kind and thoughtful man.  He never met a stranger and would always share his stories and experiences with others. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 52 years, Martha Sue Mines and his beloved mother, Lillie Mae Mines; brothers, Kenneth and Ronald Mines. Those left to cherish his memories are his children, Timothy, Dan and Patricia Mines; four grandsons, Adam, Matthew, Timothy and Jacob Mines; one granddaughter, Reegen Bailey
