Monday, June 19, 2017

West Chester Fire Department, where he served 19 years.Firefighters from Hamilton, Deefield Township, Mason and Middletown saluted as the procession passed by.The procession arrived at the Springdale Church of the Nazorean at 10 a.m. for Burns’ funeral service. Friends and fellow firefighters delivered heartfelt eulogies for their fallen comrade.West Chester Fire Chief Rick Prinz has known Burns for nearly 40 years and spoke about their life-long friendship. If you come from a city or small town, career, volunteer, we all do the same job. Times like th...
