DALY CITY, Calif. - Claire Moriah Mowbray Fung, age 33, passed away unexpectedly after a difficult battle with postpartum depression, on Friday, Feb. 3, 2017, in San Francisco, Calif. She was born on June 23, 1983, in Madison, Wis., the daughter of William and Alice (Tigert) Mowbray.Claire enjoyed swimming success at Ridgewood Pool and Madison Memorial High School, and later excelled at Ultimate Frisbee. She attended the University of Wisconsin, where she obtained her doctorate in Pharmacy. She completed a postgraduate residency at Grant Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio. Claire moved to San Francisco in 2008 and began working for Lucile Packard Children's Hospital as a pharmacist, where she met her husband, Andrew. They were married on August 23, 2014. She was the mother of twin boys, Grant and Crosby, who were born on March 16, 2016. She loved cats and wine and related to everyone with her outgoing love and compassion.
