There was nothing they did not do together. His love and friendship will be missed. Also surviving are two sons, Robert Agresto and his companion Karen Damiani of Staten Island, NY, Joseph Agresto of Dana Point, CA; his daughter and son in law, Kathleen and Michael Veritas of Eatontown; his sister, Rose Marceda of Long Island, NY; two grandsons, Andrew and Oliver, and several loving nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister Mary Brady and brother in law, Sylvio Marceda.Visitation will be held on Monday, November 7 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the Damiano Funeral Home, 191 Franklin Ave. (corner of Third Ave.) in Long Branch. Funeral Tuesday; 9 am from the funeral home with a Mass of Christian Burial Celebrated at 10 am at St. Michael’s Church in West End. Entombment will follow at Woodbine Mausoleum in Oceanport. In lieu of flowers memorial donation may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38101. DANA POINT, Calif. – John E. "Jack" Niendorf of Dana Point, Calif., died at the Huntington Hospital in Pasadena, Calif., on Monday, July 4, 2016, at 4:30 p.m.Jack, the son of Dorothy and the late Richard Niendorf of Park Forest, Ill., was born July 16, 1947, at the Englewood Hospital, Chicago. He grew up in Park Forest and attended Rich East High School, where he was an all-conference linebacker and shortstop in baseball.He attended college in North Dakota on scholarship before joining the Marines. After service in Vietnam he continued his education at the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, earning a B.S. in civil engineering. He and his wife Linda and their young sons John and Robert moved to Bend, Ore., where he was a firefighter and paramedic, rising through the ranks to deputy chief and fire marshal. Quinn; her kind step-father, Carl Green; brothers, Thomas Ivan, James Robert, Roger Edmond and Richard Vincent Quinn. Surviving are brothers, John "Jake" (Polly who was like a sister to mom) Quinn of Dana Point CA, David (Ruth) Quinn of Portage MI, Terry (Mary) Quinn of Marcellus MI. Also surviving are her four children, Terry (Kay) Galinet of Aurora Colorado, Mary Catherine "Kate" (Tom) Ward of Buffalo MN, Louise "Lou Anne" Galinet of Kalamazoo MI, and Michele "Shelly" (Dave) Kievit of Naples FL. Six grandchildren, Eric (Nicole) McNulty, Brian (Katie) McNulty, Kelly (Mark) Cox, Keith (Mary) Galinet, Erin Baumbach, Philip Cutshaw; two step grandchildren, Mandy (Mike) Gustufson, Jerrod (Allison) Ward, ten great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Mom also leaves a fifth (adopted in her heart child) who has been a very big part of her life, Lorraine. And so many wonderful friends in the Tucson area who have been there throughout her journey with her cancer. A Memorial to Celebrate Pat will take place in Tucson AZ on Saturday, July 9, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Tohono Chul Park (Lamonte House). A Memorial to Celebrate Mom will take place in Marcellus MI later this summer, date to be determined. Please contact one of her children to obtain details.
