Her Children that she dearly Loved, Birttney (Best Buddie) Seward, Amber Seward, Konisha Williams, Cydni Mitchell, Nicole Reddick and Terry McCreight. Flossie was the owner Carter's Beauty Salon for over 50 years and a licensed beautician. Flossie was a member of Ross United Methodist Church. Flossie serve in the Dyer County School System as a teacher's aide at Dyer County Central School. She was a former employee of the County Mayor's office under the leadership of former Dyer County Mayor Richard Hill. She was a former employee of Dyer County Office on Aging. Flossie was a member St. Mary's Order of Eastern Star 125 PHA, Dyersburg and the Happy Heart club. Flossie was a graduate of Bruce High School and furthered her education and attended the Edding Beauty School in Jackson, TN and graduated in 1958.
