Troy L. Huggins - Daily Ardmoreite

Sunshine Road in Davis, to Jewel David and Ruby Viola Payne Huggins. He went to be with his Lord and Savior on his birthday Jan. 30, 2017. He received the best birthday gift.Troy attended school in Claypool and Ringling. He married the former Jo Ann Sullivan in 1960 at Wichita Falls, Texas. They moved to Oklahoma City while he worked at Caines Coffee, then moved to Claypool where he worked on Don Howard’s Ranch and raised two children, Pam and Mike. They finally moved to Ringling in 1972 and had their third child Jennifer. He began working at Uniroyal retiring in 2000. They made Ringling their permanent home. Troy enjoyed welding through the years and worked for many different farms and ranches. He enjoyed gardening; he would plant the best garden around and was very generous with all of his veggies. He would take bags full to friends and he enjoyed doing so. He enjoyed visiting at the coffee shops, especially JR’s. He loved his family more than anything. He never missed a game of any of his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was their biggest fan, encourager, and supporter. He would give you his last dollar, no matter who you were. We are going to miss PaPa T., but we take comfort in knowing he is celebrating with his Savior. He was a member of the Community Fellowship Outreach Center.Troy was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Bob and Tony Huggins; and one sister, Patsy Bradshaw. He is survived by his wife of the home, Jo Ann Huggins; one son and daugh...
