Strayer Business College and worked for Commercial Credit Corp. and Enoch Pratt Library before becoming a full-time homemaker.She loved music and the piano, and could play Addinsell’s “Warsaw Concerto” from memory. She also was proficient at tatting, having learned from her grandmother, and made many items including doilies and collars.She was a longtime and faithful member of Frederick Church of the Brethren and a member of the Homebuilders Class.In addition to her husband of nearly 57 years, Charles E. Fogle Sr., whom she married Aug. 13, 1960, she leaves behind two sons, Charles Fogle Jr. and Timothy Fogle; daughter, Angela Kendle (husband Mel); granddaughter, Kayla Fogle; grandsons, Grant and Ian Fogle; sister, Helen Craig (husband Stanley); sister-in-law, Carolyn Ecker; and numerous nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her brother, Ralph Ecker.The family will receive friends Thursday, May 25, 2017, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at Hartzler Funeral Home-Libertytown, 11802 Liberty Road, Frederick.A funeral service will be Friday, May 26, 2017, at 11 a.m. at the funeral home, with the Rev. Lerry Fogle officiating. Rose Mary Frey, 81, of Warsaw, Ill., passed away at 6:15 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2017, at North Adams Home in Mendon, Ill.She was born on June 24, 1935, in rural Carthage, Ill., the daughter of Charley and Willena Cravens Rhodes.Survivors include two daughters, Debbie (Nate Stutzman) Adair of Dublin, Texas, and Helen (Terry) Wittler of Loraine, Ill.; three sisters, Dorthy Thurman of Hamilton, Ill., Nina Rubemeyer of Fort Madison and Sue Mortimer of Warsaw; four grandchildren, Gabe (Carrie) Adair of Dublin, Casey (Ande) Long of Marion, Jennifer (Steven) Dougherty and Thomas (Tori) Long of Keokuk; stepgrandchildren, Jessica (Clayton) Frese of Golden, Ill., and Amanda (Tyler) Molohon of Coatsburg, Ill.; great-grandchildren, Roger and Cassidy Adair, Trevor, Tamarie and Tyler Long, and Mack Long; two stepgreat-grandchildren, Rayanne Frese and Dominic Molohon; and many nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her parents and nine brothers, Billy, Albert, Raymond, Leonard, Charles, Floyd, Richard and Freddi...
