Matteson (husband Joseph) of Columbia, Mo.; three grandchildren, Brad O’Neal (wife Susan) of Marshall, Mo., Stephanie Beck (husband Brian) of San Diego, California and Cory Whitney (wife Laura) of Lenexa, Kansas; five step grandchildren, Tiry Crane II (wife Dana) of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Lacy Crane of Udall, Kansas, Christy McDow (husband Mark) of Ashland, Mo., Cindy Falco (husband Joseph) of Columbia, Mo. and Jessica Kiesling (fiancé Quinton Gano) of California, Mo.; three great-grandchildren, Abbey and Emily O’Neal and Madeline Whitney; ten step great-grandchildren; three sisters-in-law, Rosemary Bishop of Centertown, Mo., Shirley Shock of Ashland, Mo. and Sue Fenton of Columbia, Mo.; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ed; two brothers, Ray Bishop (wife Marjorie) and Edward Bishop (wife Juanita); and one sister, Virginia Williamson (husband Melvin).Visitation will be held at Freeman Mortuary from 12:00 noon until 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 2, 2016. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 2, 2016 in the Freeman Chapel. Graveside services and interment will be held at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday at Grandview Cemetery near Murry, Mo.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the National Federation for the Blind or the Grandview Cemetery Association. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Freeman Mortuary.
