Winners in the Little Miss and Mister contest were Kelly Medley and Derek Redmon. Jon Tyler Collins was name the Fair's grand champion baby under 1-year-old in the baby contest. Katherine Wood was Grand Champion under 18 months old and Michael Owen won the grand champion under 2-year-old category.... Shane Bolin, Kevin Floyd and Melinda Mathis spent three and a half days on a "natural high" learning about themselves, substance abuse and abuse prevention when they attended the Champions Teen Leadership Conference at Berea College...
