CHARGE!” Art-Papa-Bia will be lovingly remembered by his children, Richard and Julie Horsch of Ballston Spa, N.Y., Lisa and Bob Clark of Seal Cove, Maine, Robert and Serena Horsch of Gaithersburg, Md., and Steven Horsch and Brian Allen of Arlington, Vt.; his grandchildren, Laurie, Hope, Ben, Jackie, and Grace; his siblings, William Horsch, Robert Horsch, Virginia Rodick, Judy Baxter, and Nancy Lightman; and a host of loving family and friends.The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 21, at Rosewood-Kellum Funeral Home. A funeral will be held at the Rosewood Chapel at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 22.
