Robert RogersRobert L. RogersRobert L. Rogers, 88, of Greenfield, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, June 9, 2017, at Hancock Regional Hospital in Greenfield. He was born on March 24, 1929, in Greenville, OH, to the late Fred and Hazel (Huber) Rogers.Bob graduated in 1947, from Lincoln High School in Cambridge City, Ind., and served in the Army from 1952 to 1954. He married the love of his life Norma (Bussell) Rogers on December 31, 1950.Bob spent 43 years of his career working at Danner’s/3D in many roles including Vice President and later as a car salesman at Inskeep Ford in Greenfield. He was a longtime member of the Greenfield Rotary Club; Masonic Lodge F&AM 101; Order of the Eastern Star; and Bradley United Methodist Church. Bob enjoyed playing cards and dominoes; IndyCar and Nascar Races; Colts; Pacers; IU; and Butler Basketball. Erwin married the love of his life, Marcia (Crider) Robbins, on June 6, 1964. He was a member of the Indiana National Guard and the Greenfield Christian Church.Erwin enjoyed collecting novelty toy tractors and race cars.
