Glenn Primary School and then continued teaching 4th grade at H.C. Mines in Howland, where she retired in 2013. Lynda was a member of Delta Kappa Gamma, Ohio Education Association, North Eastern Ohio Education Association and the Howland Retired Teachers. She was also a member of the Trumbull New Theatre. Lynda was a certified paramedic and was also an EMT instructor for many years, belonging to the Johnston Township Volunteer Fire Department. She was also a lifeguard on the Ohio side of Pymatuning State Park. Lynda enjoyed traveling abroad, doing ceramics and belonged to a ceramics club. She also enjoyed china painting and making dolls with her mother, Irene. Lynda was a member of SS. Peter & Paul Byzantine Catholic Church in Warren and was a member of its Altar & Rosary Society. She was also a member of the St. Benedictine Auxiliary of the Benedictine Monastery at SS. Peter & Paul Byzantine Catholic Church. Lynda also attended Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in McDonald, where her brother is pastor. Lynda will be deeply missed by her loving family, her husband of 37 years, George Allen Grove, whom she married June 23, 1979; two daughters, Sarah (Michael) Muccio of Clinton, N.Y. and Rebecca (Robert) Riley of Norfolk, Va.; her siblings, Dr. Deborah Brienz of Duncan, British Columbia, Fr. Edward R. Brienz Jr., pastor of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in McDonald, and Veronica Barker of Los Angeles; and two grandsons, Michael ?Tony? Riley and Edward ?E.T.? Muccio. She is also survived by her mother-in-law, Martha L. Saltzmann Grove; and brothers-in-law, Ted (Carol) Grove, Richard ?Rick? Sites and his wife Kathleen Flaherty Sites of Mattapoisett, formerly of North Easton; his daughter Jo-Anne Sites Lombardo and her husband John Lombardo of East Taunton; his brother J. George Sites of Brockton; his nephew John G. Sites of Pembroke; his nieces Heather Brooke Sites and Jessica Leigh Sites, both of Pembroke; his nephew Stephen Sites of Berkley, California; his niece Susan Barca and her husband Joseph Barca of Mansfield; and his nephew Brendon Barca and his niece Alexandra Barca, both of Mansfield.His funeral will be held at St. Anthony Parish, 22 Barstow St., Mattapoisett on Saturday, Feb. 18 at 10 a.m. Calling hours will be at Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont St. (Route 138), Brockton, on Friday Feb. 17 from 3-6 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Mr. Sites' name be made to the Brockton Educational Foundation, c/o Brockton Public Schools, 43 Crescent St., Brockton, MA 02303; to St. Anthony's Building Fund, P.O. Project Manager of Pat Mayse Lake for 24 years. Throughout those years, Paul was a huge part of the local Paris youth basketball league, and refereeing high school basketball all over North East Texas, and leading RA’s for his local church in Paris, TX. Paul was a member of the Baptist Faith and took seriously his love for Christ. He taught the 60’s Men’s Class at First Baptist. His greatest pride was leading others to Him and telling of Christ’s love for all.Paul was an excellent bow hunter and great competitor. He loved an adventure and regularly set off on a vacation with his wife, children and grandchildren. He was a gifted athlete and enjoyed hunting with his brothers and sons-in-law, fly fishing, hiking, shooting his bow, golf, and playing with his seven grandchildren. He loved a challenge and gave 100 percent to all that he did.Paul was preceded in death by his father, Paul D. Gray and his grandparents, Anice and Clarence Gray and Homer and Ava Taylor.Paul is survived by his wife of 43 years, Rosa Gray, daughters, Sarah Brown and husband, Rusty of McKinney, TX and Rebecca Evatt and husband, Kent of Enid, OK. His mother, Reba Gray, his brothers, Steve Gray and wife Page, Mike Gray and wife Shelly, and Mark Gray and wife Diane all of Duncan, OK. His grandchildren, Hannah, Mallorie, Ava and Jeffrey Brown of McKinney and Holly, Bree and Jay Evatt of Enid, OK and many nieces and nephews.The family wishes to extend their heartfelt thanks to the Nurses and Doctors of St Mary’s Hospital in Enid for their constant care and kindness to the family throughout this difficult time.
