FELTON, Del. — Margaret E. Keeney Hann Main, 93, of Felton, Del., and formerly of Union Bridge, Md., died Tuesday, June 13, 2017, at Seaford Center, following a lengthy illness.Born Aug. 13, 1923, in Carroll County, Md., she was the daughter of the late Ephriam Eli Keeney and Margaret Elizabeth Smith Keeney. Twice married, her first husband was Hayden M. Hann, who died Nov. 11, 1955; her second husband of 50 years was William R. Main, who died Dec. 21, 2016.Mrs. Main attended a one-room schoolhouse on Crouse Mill Road. She was employed with the Elmer Wolfe School and Francis Scott Key High School cafeterias, and retired from Springfield Hospital, Sykesville, in 1966. She was a Sunday school teacher for the Union Bridge United Methodist Church. In 1969, she and her husband Bill moved to Florida and resided there for 30 years, where she was very active with Conway United Methodist Church, Orlando, and volunteered at an elementary school, where she enjoyed working with children. M. Elizabeth “Liz” Crawmer, 65, of Union Bridge, Md., died Saturday, March 11, 2017, at Frederick Memorial Hospital.Born July 1, 1951, in Salisbury, Md., she was the daughter of the late John Robert and M. Ellen Cromer Sisler.Liz was a 1969 graduate of Williamsport High School. She was employed with the Maryland State Police at the Westminster barrack for 16 years and in Pikesville at state police headquarters for 13 years, retiring after 29 years of service. She served as second vice chairwoman for the northeast region of the FBI Criminal Justice Services and was a board member of the National Law Enforcement Systems from 1995-1999.She had been an associate of Hartzler Funeral Home, Union Bridge, since 1977. She was a member of St. James Lutheran Church, Union Bridge; the Maryland Troopers Association; Order of Eastern Star Plymouth Chapter 41 and the Lions Club, both of Union Bridge, Colonial Williamsburg Burgesses Society, W.A.R.
