Monday, March 06, 2017

Moser on Feb. 27.It doesn't appear to be the first time Moser drew police attention. Public records show that Moser — who has lived in both the Phillipsburg and Easton areas — got in trouble with the New Jersey law 20 years ago.A former Warren County juvenile detention officer, Moser pleaded guilty in 1998 to having sexual contact with an 18-year old inmate while on duty the previous year, according to The Morning Call archives. Moser pleaded guilty to one count of official misconduct and one count of criminal sexual contact.Menzo Santoro's daughter, Jessica Santoro, launched a GoFundMe fundraising campaign, with the goal of collecting $50,000 in donations to help her siblings and herself move forward. The GoFundMe campaign is called #SantoroStrong."Our mom was our best friend, our biggest supporter and our hero. Nothing will ever be able to replace the memories or love we shared with her and the love she left in this world. Rest easy beautiful angel," Jessica Santoro wrote.Friends of Menzo Santoro also are collecting donations for her children that can be mailed to — or dropped off at — the William Penn Agency at Stones Crossing at 484 Stones Crossing Road in Palmer. CEO Walter Tomasheski said the insurance agency will match up to $1,000 in monetary donations. The agency also is accepting non-monetary donations for the family.Contributions in Menzo Santoro's name may be made to Pennsylvania Coalition Against Domestic Violence Fund Development Director, PCADV, 3605 Vartan Way, Suite 101, Harrisburg, Pa. 17110, or online at www.pcadv.org.mmerlin@mcall.comtwitter @michellejmerlin610-820-6533DETAILSCalling hours for Lisa Menzo SantoroWhen: Tuesday from 2 to 8 p.m.Where: Morello Funeral Home, 3720 Nicholas Street, Palmer Township...
