Her body was found the next day at Scioto Grove Metro Park in Grove City. Bob Dole; an appointee to the office of Economic Opportunity; and director of the Bureau of Outdoor Recreation for the Department of the Interior.President Ronald Reagan appointed Crutcher in 1982 to fill a vacancy on the five-member federal Postal Rate Commission, which is responsible for the allocation of proper rates among the various classes of mail.A 1990 Topeka Capital-Journal article said Crutcher had gained a reputation as an outspoken critic of the Postal Service.
