Mickey was a lifetime member of Lafayette United Methodist Church, and he loved spreading God’s Word.He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter Robertson and Hazel Shelor Apgar.His surviving family includes his brothers, Fred I. Apgar and wife, Jan, and Don D. Apgar and wife, Millie; sister, Ruth Glock; wife of 55 years, Charlotte Richardson Apgar; children, Donna A. Blankenship and husband, James, and Gregory M.
