Kaley Kerkmann; four step-grandchildren:  William, Jaxson, Dexter and Nadia Chowning; two great-grandchildren Jaxon and Emersyn Cowell; a sister Marcia Kay Ostrom and her husband David of Papillion, Nebraska, nieces and nephews and friends.Tanya was preceded in death by two brothers:  Robert Lee Gore and Randy Scott Gore and a sister Sherry Ann Gore-Simpson.Visitation was at Memphis Funeral Home Thursday evening.Funeral services were held Friday, December 23, 2016 at First Baptist Church in Memphis with Pastor Dan Hite officiating.  Pianist was Arleta Dye. Cindi Brown, Jessica Petersen and Amber Carney sang, “Come Boldly”. Other music was, “I Can Only Imagine”  and “As It is (In Heaven)”.  Burial followed in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Scotland County. Casket bearers were Dan Ostrom, David Ostrom, Roger Brown, Andy Robinson, Jeremiah Petersen and Evan Chowning.As an expression of sympathy, memorials are suggested to the Tanya Chowning Memorial.  They may be left at or mailed to the Memphis Funeral Home, 378 South Market Street, Memphis, Missouri 63555.On line condolence may be expressed at memphisfuneralhome-mo.com.Memphis Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Allen, Helen M. Aug 12, 1949 - Nov 20, 2016 Helen "Buddy" Allen, 67, of Papillion, NE, passed away on November 20, 2016. Helen was born in Ft Smith, Arkansas on August 12, 1949. She graduated from Tempe High School in Tempe, AZ, class of 1967. She went on to attend Northern Arizona University where she met Richard. They were married on December 6, 1970. They were just shy of their 46th wedding anniversary. Helen is survived by husband Richard; sons, Gene (Susan) and Neal (Ruth); grandchildren, Dylan, Alexis, Kae, Micah, Gavin and Zivah. Helen is also survived by a brother and 2 sisters and other family and friends. Helen was preceded in death by her mother and father (Ret) Lt. Col. William and Thelma Turnbull. McCoy, Della J. Aug 29, 1927 - Aug 14, 2016 Papillion, NE, formerly of Sioux City, IA. Della Jane Hayes was born in Elm Creek, NE on August 29, 1927, and raised in south central Nebraska, graduating from Oxford High School in 1944. Later she moved with her family to Oregon, where she met Roger McCoy. They were married on April 23, 1949, in Sioux City, IA, and lived there until 2013. They had five children, and Della devoted her life to being a wife and mother. She was a big success in both roles. She was kind, considerate, and had a very strong work ethic. She was a loyal donor to the Sioux City Blood Bank and believed strongly in helping her neighbors. In her spare time she enjoyed golfing with her friends at the Sioux City Boat Club and Dakota Dunes. Della recorded the first ace by a woman at Dakota Dunes in 1991. She moved to the Omaha area for the last few years to be closer to her family.
