From Cody-White Funeral HomeThomas Andrew Johnson, 56, of West Haven, died suddenly on Monday, March 20, 2017. Born in Milford on May 27, 1960, he was the son of the late Frank and Victoria B. Johnson.Tom was a graduate of Foran High School and Johnson and Wales University, with a degree in Culinary Arts. He was a longtime employee of the West Haven Board of Education and a devoted fan of the New York Mets and Minnesota Vikings.A loyal friend, he was always willing to help someone in need. Fondly known as “Uncle T”, Tom adored his nieces. He had a special love for his family, rock music, and sports, which led him to become an avid reader and collector of sports and rock memorabilia.Tom was the beloved brother of Victoria-Jo (Joseph) Iuteri, Donna (Jack) Buckley, and Frank (Lynne) Johnson; loving uncle to Jennifer (Kevin Bowerman) Iuteri, Lindsay, Shannon and Jamie Buckley, and Monica, Holly and Corinne Johnson. Alice Anne Tishue, 98, of Shrewsbury passed Friday on the eve of her 71st wedding anniversary, March 24th11:45 PM at Milford Regional Medical Center surrounded by her family.Alice was born in Varennes-sur-Allier, Allier, France, the daughter of Pierre-Clement Perichon and Gabrielle Baudet and was fluent in three languages. She grew up in Vichy and Varrennes-sur-Allier with lots of close family nearby. She left Paris, France after WWII to marry former US Army G.I. Charles W. Tishue on March 25th, 1946 in Uniontown, PA. They met when Charles served under Patton’s 5th Infantry Division in the European Theater where he was decorated with a Bronze Star. Alice was a very caring and serving wife and mother. She loved her grandchildren dearly and perfected making clothes for them. She enjoyed gifting food and monies to those in need. She was always confident that she could accomplish what she wanted to and did. Charles and Alice enjoyed vacationing in PA spending time with Charles’s family and friends. Alice enjoyed keeping close contact with distant family by writing to her French and American families thro...

He leaves behind 10 of them whom he adored more than life; David (Tammi) Cantalini of Thomaston, Tracy (Ed) Crowley of Florida, Louis (Sarah) Guida of New York, Rachael (Kurt) Scaranuzzo of Milford, Kathleen Crowley and Daniel Crowley of Oxford, Christopher (Shannon) Guida, Stacey Crowley, Matthew Crowley, and Nicholas Crowley of West Haven. He also leaves behind 12 beautiful grandchildren who adored their gramps and a great grandson. He was the loving brother to 9 brothers and sisters; Donald (Lorraine) Crowley, Jeraldann Petersen, Joann (Chris) Madden, and Robert Crowley of Florida, James Crowley of Utah, Patricia Pataky and Matthew T. Crowley of Connecticut. He was predeceased by brothers Thomas and William Crowley. He also leaves a host of nieces and nephews whom he loved with all his heart, and he was predeceased by a nephew, Jay Crowley. David proudly served as a Specialist in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He served as drum major for many years for the Connecticut Alumni Senior Drum and Bugle Corp, where he and Rosella met and made many fond memories with all their drum corp friends. Dave was a former member of the CT Hurricanes and the Milford Shoreliners Drum and Bugle Corps. Dave loved to travel with his family and especially enjoyed going on cruises, to Las Vegas for Nascar races and going to Disney.
