Lutheran Home and Rehabilitation Center.A lifelong area resident, he was born Feb. 22, 1933, in Jamestown, N.Y., a son of the late Herbert L. and Ethel I. Taylor Wickmark.Ray was a 1950 graduate of Falconer Central School and served in the New York Army National Guard for 10 years.Before his retirement in 1996, he served as the electrical inspector for the New York Board of Fire Underwriters for 10 years. He had also owned and operated Wickmark Electric Company working as a self-employed electrician for 25 years.He was a member of the Lakewood United Methodist Church, the Mt. Moriah Lodge 145 Free and Accepted Masons, the Kharram Grotto, the Lakewood Kiwanis Club, the Herman Kent Post 777, American Legion, Celoron and a longtime member of the International Association of Electrical Inspectors.Surviving are his wife of 64 years, the former Sandra E. Wilson, whom he married Aug. 27, 1952; a son, Todd E. (Kathy) Wickmark of Fredonia, N.Y.; a daughter, Lisa R.
