(Buzzard) Schultz. Along with her late husband, Don, she was the owner and operator of Harshbargers, Inc., and was also employed at the Hampton Inn and the 911 Air Force Base, both in Moon Twp.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald E. At North Salina and Bear streets he was hit by a car that did not stop. He was rushed to the hospital in critical condition. He died Thursday after being taken off life support.Peter J. Rauch, 37, of Liverpool, has been charged in the hit-and-run.Rauch, an Onondaga County District Attorney's Office investigator, is accused of hitting Collier with his county-issued car and then fleeing. He was fired after the crash. Rauch also worked part-time as an officer for the Liverpool Police Department and was later fired.He has pleaded not guilty to all charges and remains free on $50,000 bail.
