Main St. in Yorktown.Teixeira died after crashing into a tractor-trailer on Route 6 outside Mahopac Railroad Tie on Friday afternoon, Carmel police said.A funeral Mass is set for 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, 1377 E. Main St. in Shrub Oak. Burial will follow at Kensico Cemetery, 273 Lakeview Ave., in Valhalla.Teixeira graduated from Mahopac High School in 2016, Superintendent of Schools Dr. Dennis Creedon said."It is indeed tragic that we lost a promising young man in this accident," Creedon said. "Raphael was a good student who was loved by his peers. We grieve with his family and will keep them in our prayers."A GoFundMe page has been created to help pay for Teixeira's funeral and his car payments.
