He previously lived in Far Hills and Bernardsville.He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Madeline McCann Dolan; seven children, Kathleen (Michael) Conte, John (Doren) Dolan, Marcy Dolan Haley, Cholly (Jill) Dolan, Meg (Andy) Laska, Maureen (Larry) Sherman and Patrick (Aimee) Dolan; and 23 grandchildren.Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at Gallaway & Crane Funeral Home, 101 S. She was an equestrian who competed in hunter and jumper events in Wellington into her 50s. At heart, her son said, she was “a Jersey girl.”But she was ours, too.“She was just a great lady that came to South Florida, similar to her husband, and fell in love with South Florida and became a part of everything that was good,” said Nat Moore, a wide receiver for the Dolphins for 13 seasons through 1986 and Honor Roll member. “The Mandich family, in general, made South Florida a better place.”Mandich is survived by her sons Michael, Mark and Nick, grandson Thomas and brother Rick Height. Vera Moore DeNucci, 92 of Oceanport, died peacefully on Thursday, May 26, 2016 at home. Born in Spring Lake, she had lived in Long Branch before moving to Oceanport in 2006. Vera was a secretary at Fort Monmouth during WWII. While raising her family, she operated a children’s clothing business; Westwood Youth Center. Later she worked as a deli manager at various supermarkets, most recently Fine Fare in Long Branch. She was parishioner of Star of the Sea Church of Christ the King Parish in Long Branch and a member of the Meat Packers Union Local 464 in Little Falls. Vera was predeceased by her husband, Anthony DeNucci in 1993 and her brothers, Melvin Moore and his wife Eleanor and her twin, William Moore. Surviving are her son and daughter-in-law, Anthony and Robin DeNucci of Oceanport; 2 daughters and a son-in-law, Joanne and David O’Connell of Long Branch and Lucile DeNucci and her fiancé, Nicholas Huz of Oceanport; 5 grandchildren, Diana Breen and her husband Dr. Michael Ritter of Brooklyn, NY; Jacqueline Crist and her husband James of Eatontown; Angela Byrnes and her husband...
