KELLY, Frederick George "Fred", passed away June 22, 2017. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Margaret (Peggy) (Heffernan) Kelly; his four children, sons - Kenneth Kelly (Kerry), Raymond Kelly (Kelly), Michael Kelly (Patti) and daughter, Mary Beth Seamands; numerous grandchildren and great- grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his grandchildren, Meghan and Frederick Kelly. Fred was born January 18, 1930 in Brooklyn, NY. After a successful term in the US Army as a Captain, Fred owned a successful landscape company in Connecticut and was Superintendent of Parks in Greenwich, CT during his young adulthood, then moved to Arizona in 1970 with Peggy and his children. During his career in Arizona, Fred held many positions including Assistant Registrar of Contractors for the State of Arizona, and a "Cactus Cop" for the Department of Agriculture, and was featured in Reader's Digest. Fred was an integral part in the building of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, and the street is named...

Mary Patricia “Patsy” Fogle, 82, of Frederick, Md., went to be with her loving Lord and Savior on Sunday, May 21, 2017.Born March 17, 1935, in Frederick, she was the daughter of the late Owen E. and Eva (Grossnickle) Ecker.She graduated from Frederick High School in 1953, attended Strayer Business College and worked for Commercial Credit Corp. and Enoch Pratt Library before becoming a full-time homemaker.She loved music and the piano, and could play Addinsell’s “Warsaw Concerto” from memory. She also was proficient at tatting, having learned from her grandmother, and made many items including doilies and collars.She was a longtime and faithful member of Frederick Church of the Brethren and a member of the Homebuilders Class.In addition to her husband of nearly 57 years, Charles E. Fogle Sr., whom she married Aug. 13, 1960, she leaves behind two sons, Charles Fogle Jr. and Timothy Fogle; daughter, Angela Kendle (husband Mel); granddaughter, Kayla Fogle; grandsons, Grant and Ian Fogle; sister, Helen Craig (husband Stanley)...
