Tilden was born in Welch, OK on December 6, 1939 to Henry Robert Branch and Ernestine Mae (Hollabaugh) Branch. On December 30, 1998 he was united in marriage to Tempest Lifford. Tilden proudly served in the United States Army for over 23 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, yardwork, auctions, and spending time with family.Survivors include his wife Tempest Branch of the home, children: Shawna Presnell of Coweeta, Theresea Giles of Vinita, Darla Spence and husband Doug of Mesquite, TX, Tilden L. Branch and wife Allison of Vinita, and Robert Branch of Indianapolis, IN, siblings Walter Branch, Francis Partain, and Carl Branch, 13 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren. Luginbuel Funeral Home - Vinita - 918-256-5555.....TEBBS – Ronald Dan’l Tebbs Sr. Born in Whittier, California on July 9, 1937, revered University of Southern California track coach and honored California Teacher of the Year, Ronald Tebbs passed away peacefully from complications of pneumonia on June 19, 2017 a few days short of his 80th birthday. Ron is survived by Carol, his wife of 60 years of Disney, Oklahoma; sister Beverley Henderson of McCall, Idaho; daughter, Kim Godber of Wrightwood, California; and son, Ron Tebbs Jr. of Disney, Oklahoma and owner of Ron’s Heat and Air in Vinita. Six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren lovingly remember him as, “Grandpa Santa” for his warm wide smile, white beard and jolly disposition. Ron lived a full and active life, teaching Advanced Biology for 38 years until 1997 in the same classroom where his own father taught Chemistry before him and as President of the Whittier High School District Teachers’ Association. Grove Hospital, Grove, Oklahoma.Roy was born on March 29, 1927 in Pensacola, Oklahoma. He was the son of Dee Moseley and Melissa Jane (Holland) Moseley. Roy was raised in the Pensacola/Ketchum/Vinita, Oklahoma area. He attended Ketchum schools where he received his formal education.He and the former Lola Marie Rogers were united in marriage and they made their home in the Bernice area.Roy was a veteran of the U.S. Army where he loyally served his country during WWII. Before his retirement, he was self-employed as an iron worker, building boat docks on Grand Lake. Memberships included the Iron Workers Union (Tulsa); and Quarter Master (1979-81) of the VFW in Bernice. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. Survivors include his wife, Lola, of the family home; one daughter, Tamara Reheard and her husband, Donnie, of Vinita; step-sons, Glen Rogers of Merced, California, and Ted Rogers and his wife, Tinna, of Drumright, Oklahoma; step-daughters, Cheryl Sanders of Bernice, and Lisa Sisson of Ketchum; two grandchildren; 12 step-grandchildren; 27 step-great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends. He was born on June 22, 1990 in Tulsa to David L. and Shelly D. (Renfro) Norris. Christian graduated from Ketchum High School in 2009, then attended NEO A&M College in Miami, where he received his Associates Degree, he was currently attending NSU in Broken Arrow and was finishing his last classes this semester for his degree. Christian was an employee of Carter’s Grocery Store in Vinita. He was also a very dedicated writer, and was planning to be a professional writer. Christian had belonged to the drama club, writing club, academic club, and played saxophone in the band while in school. He was an avid gamer, writer and movie connoisseur. Luginbuel Funeral Home of Vinita, 918-256-5555.Ann Marie Bomar, 88 year old Grand Lake resident passed away on Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at her home. She was born on October 28, 1928 in Mendon, Massachusetts to Roosevelt and Greta (Anderson) Mattson. Ann attended and graduated from Mendon Schools, she later attended nursing school and became a registered nurse. On August 6, 1960 she married Elmer E. Bomar, he preceded her in death in 1986. Ann worked as a RN at the Hillcrest Hospital in Tulsa a few years, before her and Elmer moved to Grand Lake in 1963 and opened Bomar Marina (now Arrowhead South). They ran the Marina until Elmer’s death in 1986. Ann worked at Eastern State Hospital in Vinita as a RN until her retirement. Ann was very involved in the Cleora Baptist Church, where she sung in the choir, a member of the WMU, helped with vacation bible school, entertained with her accordion and served as church treasurer.
