(KOIN) — The death of a 20-year-old man whose body was found in a Gresham park Saturday morning is now officially being investigated as a homicide.James Issei Arrington seen in an undated photo provided by Gresham Police, December 10, 2016James Issei Arrington was found face down near the baseball field at Main City Park in Gresham around 9 a.m., Gresham police said. The Texas Farmers Union is now based in Waco and the National Farmers Union is headquartered in Denver, Colo.On August 28, 1997, Baylor unveiled a green snarling bear logo.On August 28, 2013, a 13-member panel of Army officers, sentenced Nidal Hasan, 42, to death for the Nov. 5, 2009 shooting rampage at Fort Hood’s Soldier Readiness Center. Hasan was convicted on Aug. 23, 2013 of 13 counts of premeditated murder and 32 counts of attempted premeditated murder.Today's Highlight in History:On Aug. 28, 1963, as more than 200,000 people listened, the Rev.
