Community members said it is important to show support for the families of those who lost their lives.    TREVEN TAYLOR ANSPACHTreven Taylor Anspach, 20 of Sutherlin, graduated from Sutherlin High School in 2014. He played basketball for UCC and worked for the Roseburg Forest Products. Chief Greg Marlar of the Douglas County Fire District No. 2, said Treven wanted to be firefighter and was also part of the EMS and fire family. Treven is remembered as a son, brother, friend, and talented athlete. His loved ones said their final goodbye at a funeral service held at Sutherlin High School. Motorcyclists from all over Oregon attended and they remember him as a hero. Pastor Randy Scroggins, the father of a survivor said that his daughter, Lacey, was inside the classroom when Treven was shot. He said Lacey told him Treven made a conscience effort to save her."She said, 'Daddy, all of a sudden I felt Treven, who was on my left side, all of a sudden I felt his body as it moved towards mine and part of his body was on mine'." Scroggins said. He added that he believes the shooter thought his daughter was dead.Friends of Treven said he always made them feel right at home and was the first to initiate new friendships. He was well-known in the Sutherlin and Oakland communities and different organizations provided events to benefit the family. Hundreds gathered at Cooper Creek Reservoir to support the Anspach family. Greg Kovach make thousands of signs in the weeks following the tragedy to raise money for the victims. He also trained for months to carry the weight of Treven during the Umpqua Strong 9K event. Kegs of Ninkasi beer were sold to benefited the Treven Anspach Memorial Fund. A Brew-Ha-Ha also help raise funds.    REBECKA ANN CARNESRebecka Ann Carnes, 18 of Myrtle Creek, graduated from South Umpqua High School. She had just started a new job and was in her first week of college. Her friends remember her as having a smile on her face and a heart of gold."Rebecka was a girl who always wore black and blue cowgirl boots, always had a smile on her face, a heart full of gold, and a caring soul willing to help anyone and everyone," said Kimberly Martin. "She was my best friend."Love and support flooded her funeral. US. Sen. Jeff Merkley was a relative and said she had a beautiful spirit and is missed enormously.
