Dear father of Scott Donell, Bryan Donell and Kim Donell-Golden. Grandfather of Carly Keeton, Nathaniel Golden, Gunnar Donell, Matthew Donell and Faith Golden. Brother of Harry Donell and Gaye Stowell. Preceded in death by brother, Larry Donell and sister, Wanda McKinny. Frank, a resident of Hamersville, passed away on May 17, 2017 at the age of 67. He retired from General Motors in 1987 and was the owner and operator of BJ’s Lake and Restaurant in Hamersville, Ohio. Frank served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He was born September 26, 1936, in Wallback, West Virginia, the son of the late Everett West, Sr. and Mary “Barbara” (Jarvis) West. On October 26, 1956, Jesse married the former Sally “Sarah” Sutliff. They shared over 60 wonderful years of marriage and many happy memories.Jesse retired from Ford as a salvage repairman in 1998 after 42 years of service. He enjoyed playing darts, bowling, farming and horseback riding. Opal was born the daughter of the late Jeffrey and Clara Belle (Morton) Murray on March 24, 1919 in Clarksburg, West Virginia. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Church of the Nazarene in Niles, Ohio.On September 14, 1949, Opal was united into marriage with Merrill Charles Money and had shared 44 loving years together until his passing on February 28, 1993. Her memories will be remembered and celebrated by those she leaves behind. Her sons, Merrill Norman (Nora) Money of Vienna, Ohio, Gregory Sean (Kathy) Money of Niles, Ohio and Brian Michael (Brenda) Money of Howland, Ohio; daughter, Patricia Ann (George) Moldovan of Boca Raton, Florida; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. WARREN, Ohio – Anna M. Kittle, 93, of Warren, passed away early Friday morning, June 16, 2017, at her residence. She was born October 15, 1923 in Gem, West Virginia, a daughter of Early F. and Willa Jane (Lipps) Waldeck. Anna was educated and married in West Virginia and came to the Warren area with her husband in 1951. She worked as a teacher’s aide for the Warren City School system for 23 years prior to retiring in 1981. She married Ray Kittle, Jr. on November 3, 1945. They shared almost 72 years of marriage and many happy memories together. He survives her.Anna was a member of the McKinley Community Church in Warren where she was active with the ladies guild. She was also a member of the Order of the Eastern Star Opal Chapter #181 of Cortland. She enjoyed golfing, painting and she and her husband were “snow birds”, wintering in Punta Gorda, Florida for the past 33 years.Besides her husband, Anna is survived by her son, Gary W. After moving to Copeland Oaks Retirement Community, he has been active as President of the Villa Association, member of the Employee Christmas Fund Committee and host of the local TV monthly sports program. He has been part of the Copeland Oaks Golf Tournament fundraiser and the Physical Plant Committee.Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Irma (Carlson) Hood, whom he married January 1, 1958 of Sebring; his three sons; Lee (Priscilla) Hood of Alliance, Jeff (Diane) Hood of Van Wert, Ohio and Jay (Renee) Hood of Green Castle, Indiana.
