Car hits guardrail on Arkansas 98, killing driver from Magnolia - Magnoliareporter

The injured minor was taken to the Medical Center of South Arkansas for treatment. Turner’s body was released to Marks Funeral Home.The accident happened on Arkansas 98 south of U.S. 79. The wreck was reported at 5:06 p.m.The weather was cloudy and the road was dry at the time of the accident.Trooper 1st Class Dakotah Bailey investigated the accident.Turner’s death was the fifth on a Columbia County roadway this year, and the second since November 18 when a Taylor woman died in a wreck on U.S. 371 near the Albemarle West plant. There were two fatalities in 2015, four in 2014 and five each in 2013 and 2012.
