Monday, June 26, 2017Shirley Ann Taylor Green, 68, of Quitman, passed away Thursday, June 15, 2017. She was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on April 22, 1949 to William E. and Louise Hopf Taylor. Shirley worked as a secretary before retirement and attended Kaley Hill Baptist Church. She loved animals and liked to watch television.Left to cherish Shirley's memory are her husband, Dale Green of Quitman, nephew Brandon Lee Green of Quitman and several nieces, nephews and other family and friends.Shirley was preceded in death by her father William E. Taylor, mother Louise Hopf Taylor and brother Dexter Taylor.Memorial Services will be Saturday, June 17, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Kaley Hill Baptist Church in Quitman with Brother Nick Parish officiating.In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Arkansas Hospice or your local animal shelter.Arrangements entrusted to Clinton Funeral Service.
