Tyson plans to attend Sonoma State University and plans to study criminology. He is also survived by his cousin Diana Frierson and Abraham.There will be a service for Butler on Friday, Feb. 3, at 1 p.m. at the Chapel of the Chimes, 4499 Piedmont Ave., in Oakland. The Berkeley Police and BART Police department honor guards will be there, as well as a contingent of Berkeley police officers, said Greenwood.

Monday, December 05, 2016Sunday sent shock waves through the community.“I’m so sad,” Healdsburg resident Katie McDowell told the Democrat. “It’s Healdsburg. Such a small town. Scary things can happen.”According to Sonoma County court records obtained by CBS San Francisco, Ordaz was involved in some criminal activity in the late 1990s, including a conviction for disturbing the peace by fighting in public and a guilty plea of felony burglary, both in 1996. He served time in jail for both incidents.In 1998, he was sentenced to two years in prison on the burglary charge and another offense because he violated his probation, CBS reported.Police told the TV station they were unaware of any domestic related calls to the man’s home.Ordaz and his wife live just outside city limits, the chief told the Democrat, and have four children, including the girl and her 9-year-old brother. Child protective services determined the children were safe in their mother’s care.Ordaz was booked into the Sonoma County Jail without bail, reported KRON 4, and will be arraigned in Sonoma County Superior Court Tuesday afternoon. Monday, November 21, 2016Northern California, authorities said.Robert Lee Randolph, 30, and Maria Teresa Lebron, 28, of Northeast Philadelphia, are wanted by the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office in an Oct. 15 triple shooting — in which two men were killed — in a home on Route 116 in rural Sebastopol, about 6o miles north of San Francisco. A third victim, a woman, is in the hospital recovering from gunshot wounds, the Sheriff's Office said in a news release.The shootings are believed to be drug-related. One of the homicide victims, John "Jessie" Mariana, is from Upper Darby. According to an online obituary, Mariana, 28, graduated from Upper Darby High School and then worked as a carpenter. Efforts to reach his father Tuesday were not immediately successful.Randolph and Lebron are believed to be on the lam in Philadelphia or New Jersey, authorities said.According to the Sheriff's Office, the triple shooting went down like this:On Oct. 13, Randolph and Lebron flew from Philadelphia to San Francisco.
