Beverly Colvin, 61, of Galt died in Stockton on Feb. 28, 2017 after fighting cancer for a year and a half. She was born Beverly Hinkle on Aug. 8, 1955 in England and had lived in Stockton for 20+ years and in Galt for 29 years.Beverly worked in the State of California Caltrans planning department and had served in the U.S. Army.
