Monday, May 01, 2017Jaclyn Ann Schulz, 27, of Newtown passed away the evening of Sunday,April 23rd,from injuries received in a motorcycle accident on Currituck Road in Newtown. She was born in Danbury on January 5, 1990 a daughter of Alain J. Schulz of Newtown and Donna (Gugliemetti) Schulz of Southbury. Jackie was a mother to a beautiful four-year-old boy, Cayden Richard Bias-Schulz. She is also survived by two sisters, Kasey and Erica both of Newtown; several aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends. Jackie graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in business marketing from Western Connecticut State University. She was employed as an expediter at Kimchuk in Danbury. Jackie loved her son Cayden more than anything in the world. They were inseparable. She held family near to her heart. She was very passionate about motorcycles, photography, tattoos, gardening, and crafts. Friends may call at the Honan Funeral Home, 58 Main Street, Newtown Friday April 28, 2017 from 4:00-7:00pm. Monday, March 27, 2017Doris CuminaleDoris (Leo) Cuminale, 87, of New Fairfield, wife of the late Emilio Cuminale and the late Frank Leonardi, died on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at Danbury Hospital.Mrs. Cuminale was born in the Bronx, NY, May 4, 1929, a daughter of Lawrence and Letitia (Salerno) Leo. She attended NY schools and was a homemaker.A resident of New Fairfield for the past five years coming from Southbury, CT to make her home with her daughter Rosanne Gagliardi, Mrs. Cuminale enjoyed sewing and cooking. She was regarded by her family as a wonder woman since she always found the time and strength to help everyone she knew that needed a helping hand.A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, March 25, 2017 at 10 am in St. Edward the Confessor Church, 21 Brush Hill Road, New Fairfield, CT.Entombment will follow in the Shrine of Memories Mausoleum of Ferncliff Cemetery, Hartsdale, NY at 12:15 pm.The family will receive friends in the Jowdy-Kane Funeral Home, 9-11 Granville Ave., Danbury on Friday, March 24, 2017 from 5 pm to 8 pm.

Antous, died on Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at Danbury Hospital.Mrs. Antous was born in Danbury, March 2, 1932, daughter of Roland and Florence(Cilbrith) Collins. She attended Danbury schools and graduated from Danbury High School.Mrs. Antous was a homemaker and enjoyed bowling. She was a member of the former Bowlarama Bowlarettes and the former Castro Convertible Mixed League.She attended St. Joseph Parish of Danbury.In addition to her husband of sixty-five years, Mrs. Antous is survived by two sons, Jeff Antous (Peggy Corbett) and Chris Antous (Cid); a daughter, Darlene Antous (Anthony Pomarico); two grandchildren, Kresta Smykla (Jeremey) and Shannon Hawley; four great grandchildren, Kristjian, Elexis, Kiligh and Logan and several nieces and nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.Mrs. Antous also leaves behind her cat Suzie.The family will receive friends in the Jowdy-Kane Funeral Home, 9-11 Granville Ave., Danbury on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 from 4pm to 8...
