Saturday, June 10, 2017ANDERSON -- Mary Lee Williams, 73, of 120C New Prospect Church Road, Anderson, SC, wife of Carl Williams, died June 6, 2017 at AnMed Health in Anderson, SC. She was born in Greenwood, SC, on August 9, 1943 to the late Charlie Spearman, Jr. and Mary Boozer Spearman.Mary was a member of Allen Chapel AME Church. She formerly worked as a seamstress with Oxford Industries.Surviving, in addition to her husband, are a daughter, Marietta Williams of the home; two brothers, Willie Spearman of Greenwood, Charlie Washington Spearman, III (Bishop Ethel Tolbert Spearman) of Greenville; a sister, Earline Spearman Aiken of Greenwood; three grandchildren, Jaeunna Williams, Adrienne Williams, and Dephontavious Williams.Services will be held Sunday, June 11, 2017 at 2 p.m. at Allen Chapel AME Church, with Reverend Annette Edwards officiating. Burial will be in Evening Star Cemetery.
