I will forever love and miss her and I know she is resting in peace.Susan LaVerne Judy BushSusan LaVerne Judy Bush, 75, of Green Cove Springs, FL passed away Saturday, September 10, 2016.She was born May 14, 1941 in Lima, OH to parents, Loel L. Judy and Evelyn I. (Stover) Judy. Mrs. Bush moved to the area in 1975 coming from New Albany, IN. She was of the Catholic faith and a parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic church in Fleming Island. Susan loved to bake and decorate cakes and was known for her famous Bush’s Brownies. She enjoyed tending to her flowers and plants, working crossword puzzles and spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Susan cherished Sundays with the family playing cards and games. Mrs. Bush was an active member of The Red Hat Ladies in Green Cove Springs and she loved to travel to new and exciting places, her favorite being Alaska. She loved theme parks, especially Walt Disney World.Mrs. Bush is preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Bush and sister, Donna Carter. She is survived by her sons, Chris Stumler (Anne Marie), Jock Bush (Karen) and Joel Bush; daughters, Kim Lapointe (Ray), Karen Stumler, Karla Ferry, Leeon Tucker (George) and Sheila Caruthers (Curtis); sisters, Virginia Hefferin (Jack) and Pam Ragusa (John); 20 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren, lifelong friend Harriet Hyatt and many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, Red Hat Ladies and friends.Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, Sunday, September 18, 2016 at Hickory Grove Baptist Church with Reverend Russell Franklin officiating. The family will receive friends at 1:00 pm until service time. The family requests donation...
