Monday, June 19, 2017WEYMOUTH - McGrath, Julie A. of Weymouth, formerly of Quincy and Sharon, died suddenly May 27, 2017.Julie was most proud of being a mother to Melanie and grandmother to Savannah. She was passionate about riding her motorcycle and loved the feeling of the wind in her face. Julie enjoyed walking along the beach, trips to the Cape and spending time with her family and friends. Julie will be remembered for her great laugh and sense of humor. She loved music and attending concerts. Julie supported environmental issues, particularly saving the wolves and other animals.Beloved mother of the late Melanie McGrath and grandmother to Savannah McIver, and great grandmother to Hunter Ryan Waterman, both of Abington. Monday, March 27, 2017South Carolina and Washington State. He hiked in the North Cascades, rafted the Rogue River and climbed to the crater at Mt. St. Helens. He walked the streets of Charleston and Savannah, kayaked in the Santee Canal and vacationed in Hilton Head. In his later years, Ed spent winters in Myrtle Beach, S.C., and is fondly remembered for his unique accent while calling bingo.Ed is survived by his daughters Debra F. Morris (Joe) of Columbia, S.C. and Nancy J. Flowers of Everett, Wash. He was pre-deceased by his wife Claire in 1978, both parents, his brother Richard, and his sister Corinne. A private celebration of Ed's life will take place later in July.Some of Ed's happiest moments were spent on the waters around Onset and Cape Cod.
