Burial followed at Oakley Cemetery.He was born on November 17, 1964 in Miamisburg, Ohio. He and his family moved to Livingston in the 1980s and Monroe graduated from Livingston Academy. He was an independent truck driver and a devoted husband, father, stepfather and grandfather.
