Marilyn went to be with her Lord at Wyoming Medical Center on February 24, 2017, at the age of 75.Marilyn was born on August 9, 1941, in Missoula, Montana; Marilyn was the only daughter and oldest of five.She was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Helen Carrell and younger brothers, Harold and Norman.She is survived by her husband, Harry; and their three children, Tami (Tom) Rudkin, Lane (Laura) Smothers, and Deidre (Paul) Franklin; seven grandchildren; and her brothers, Dean (Susan) and Clifford Carrell.Marilyn married Harry Smothers on October 29, 1960, in Worland, Wyoming. They celebrated 56 years of marriage this past October.Marilyn attended Warner Pacific College in Portland, Oregon. Marilyn worked for the Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation Service in Wyoming and South Dakota.
