He was a deputy sheriff in Ottawa County, Ohio. He retired in 1981 and came to Wyoming.He was a member of the Immaculate Conception Church.Mr. Schillumeit was a life member of the Veterans of Foreign War and American Legion. He served as post commander of VFW Post 2321 from 1989-1993, post commander of the VFW Green River “Paper Post” and Wyoming VFW commander from 1992-93. He received various achievements and recognitions.His interests included spending time with family, fishing in Lake Erie and gambling.Survivors include his wife Mary T. Schillumeit; son Theodore “Ted” Schillumeit of Philippi, West Virginia; stepson Luke J. Smith and his wife, Angel, of Eden; daughter Doretta Finley and husband, Gerald, of Yuma, Arizona; stepdaughter Tammy Landeros and husband, Octavio, of Rock Springs; sister Virginia Blumensaadt and companion, Steve, of Akron, Ohio; brother-in-law James Getz of Rock Springs; sister-in-law Madeline Endres of Sacramento, California; numerous grandchildren; several cousins, nieces and nephews; and many friends and family.He was preceded in death by his parents; former wife Mayoda Schillumeit; son Glenn Schillumeit; stepson John Henry Smith; brothers-in-law Bill Blumensaadt and Richard Sweeney; sister Carol Sweeney; and sister-in-law Mildred C. A vigil service with rosary will be recited at 6 p.m. Monday, Jan. 23, 2017, at the church. Interment will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2017, at the South Lincoln Cemetery in Kemmerer.Mrs. Wagner, 93, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2017, at her home.She was born Dec. 4, 1923, to Martilda Coletti Bertagnoli and Matteo “Matt” Bertagnoli.The eldest of three daughters, she was raised on a sheep ranch on the Hamsfork River near Kemmerer with her sisters Florence and Dolores. After completing elementary and secondary schools in Opal, Diamondville, and Kemmerer, she attended the University of Wyoming, where she majored in home economics and met her future husband, Donald Wagner.They married in 1944 before he was called to overseas duty as an ensign in the U.S. Navy. When World War II ended, Don and Barbara settled in Kemmerer, where they raised seven children and opened Don’s Service and Supply, a business still operated by their children. Barbara was a hardworking and creative homemaker devoted to her children and family.Barbara and Don divorced in 1969, after which she attended Utah State University, where she majored in art education. She had always shown an interest and talent in art and had been producing paintings but had never formally studied art until her attendance at Utah State University. After receiving her degree, she began teaching art, first in Byron and then in the Rock Springs schools.Changing directions, she opened a record store, Round Sounds. After six years of operation she closed the doors and became a lab technician with the Jim Bridger Power Plant, retiring eight years later. In her retirement, she cared for her ailing mother for many years.Being an active member of Holy Spirit Catholic Community, spending time with her family, gardening and art brought Barbara great joy. She was a talented artist who exhibited her work in venues in Rock Springs. Many of her lovely renditions are prized by her family and hang in their homes.She lived with her daughter Donna Nunez and her grandsons Michael and Matthew Nunez for many years. Donna cared for her in her later years until her death.She is survived by her seven children David (Mary) Wagner of Arnold, California, Jennifer Lease of Las Vegas, Thomas and (Tricia) Wagner, John (Rebecca) Wagner, Eric (Jeanne) Wagner and Mark (Susan) Wagner, all of Kemmerer, and Donna (Jerry) Guillen of Rock Springs; 17 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; her sisters Florence and Dolores; and many nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her parents; brother Matthew Paul Bertagnolli; and grandson Shawn Wagner.

A graduate of the University of Ottawa, she was a lawyer at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt and later with Altamira Investment Services.She later set her career aside to help raise their boys and volunteer at Toronto East General Hospital, Frankland Community School and Montcrest School.Scott was a high school student at Greenwood College School and a graduate of Montcrest and Frankland Community elementary schools. He was a player with the Forest Hill Minor Midget A hockey team and his father was the team's manager. The team is planning a tribute to the family at their next game Jan. 10 at the Forest Hill Arena.He was a fan of the Green Bay Packers and Tottenham Hotspur and had even attended a Premier League Football game in London with his father last March.Andrew was a student at Montcrest and enjoyed many sports. He was a member of the Toronto Minor Bantam AAA Titans hockey team. His teammates held a memorial service prior to their game on Tuesday at the Toronto Marlboros Holiday Classic Tournament and dedicated their game to the Taber brothers.The family's favourite place was their cottage on Stoney Lake where they spent time water skiing on the lake.The family also attended St. Peter's-on-the-Rock Church, the unique historic church for summer cottagers located on an island on Stoney Lake.

She was married on July 29, 1959 in Ottawa, Okla. to Donald T. Russell, Sr. who preceded her in death on January 30, 2007. A lifelong resident of the central Missouri area, Patsy was a 1953 graduate of Jefferson City High School. She was employed as a waitress and hostess with various restaurants in Jefferson City for over 30 years. Patsy enjoyed her job because she didn’t know a stranger, and she loved catching up with her customers and meeting new people. Some of her favorite times were working at Oscar’s Steakhouse, Holiday Inn, and Ramada Inn. Patsy was a member of Union Hill Baptist Church in Holts Summit and was active with their bible study. Patsy enjoyed playing Bingo with friends, and always found the best bargains while watching QVC. She also loved to quilt when she was younger. Most of all she enjoyed going out to eat with her family and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.Survivors include: two children, Donald T.
