Phillips, 75, of Huron, died Wednesday, June 8, 2016, at the Violet Tschetter Memorial Home.His funeral service will be held in Nebraska and conducted by the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska with interment at the Rosehill Cemetery in Pender, Neb.Cy was born on March 15, 1941, to Henry and Sarah (Webster) Phillips in Macy, Nebraska.He lived most of his life in Huron where he worked several odd jobs.
