Twyla is survived by son, Brian (Michelle) Humphrey of Cedar Rapids, IA; daughter, Jennifer (Laren) Larson, Omaha; sisters, Donna (Bill) Maddux, Opal (Dick) Taylor of Wapello; and grandchildren, Mariah (Derek) Boots of Cedar Rapids, Joshua Humphrey of Omaha, Justin and Morgan Humphrey of Cedar Rapids, Gannon, Kate, and Levi Larson of Omaha. She married Gary Humphrey in 1963, they later divorced. Twyla graduated from Wapello Community High School in 1962. She went to Business College in Davenport, IA. Twyla attended University of Nebraska at Omaha, and received her Masters Degree in Social Work. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary VFW. She worked at Project Sun, and at Tabitha in Nebraska City, NE. She was very involved in Grief Share, and was involved in many ministries at Lifegate Church.
