Most of all, Mrs. La Bine loved her children and was always there for them.She worked for the Mipitas Unified School District for 14 years as a noontime supervisor at Jospeh Weller and Marshall Pomeroy elementary schools. Mrs. La Bine was extremely passionate about working with children and touched many lives during her time at both schools. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.The family would like to thank everyone who gave support and also thank the many nurses at Stanford Cancer Center and Stanford Hospital who helped care for her while she courageously fought cancer for eight and a half years.Mrs. La Bine will be forever lovingly remembered by her husband of almost 27 years, Michael; her son, Carlos and his wife, K-de; her daughters Marnee, Michelle and Myla; her grandchildren Aadyn and Aliya; her brothers Jose, Antonio and Salvador; her sisters Maria, Margarita, Alicia and Lupe; her father-in-law and mother-in-law Archie Sr. and Rose; her brother-in-laws Salvador, Archie Jr., Terry, Rick Sr. and Hector; her sister-in-laws Maria, Lindi, Arcelia, Renee, Teresa, Carolyn and Lisa; her many uncles and aunts; her numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends and neighbors.She was predeceased by her parents, Jesus and Josefa Prado, and her brother-in-law, Dale.The family invites the public to a visitation at Lima Family Milpitas/Fremont Mortuary at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park, 48800 Warm Springs Blvd., Fremont from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 5. Waterbury, CT Patricia Tata, 68, died peacefully on Saturday, June 25, 2016 at Abbott Terrace Health Center.Patricia was born on July 24, 1947 in Winsted, CT a daughter of the late Eugene and Edna (Pomeroy) Tata. She was raised in Waterbury, having graduated from Wilby High School, Class of 1965 and had lived in Naugatuck for the past 20 years. She was a former manager at Freihofer’s Bakery Thrift Store, where she had worked for many years and was a member of the Waterbury Baptist Ministries. Patricia is survived by her daughter, Celeste Tatler of Gilbert, AZ; her sons, Mike Humphrey and his wife Shannon of Middlebury, CT and Jeffrey Humphrey and his wife Julie of Wahoo, NE; her sister, Eileen LaFreniere and her husband Henry of Waterbury; her brothers, William Tata and his wife Doris of Plainville, CT and Thomas Tata of Waterbury; her grandchildren, whom she adored, Scott Hodgkinson, Jr., twins Kyle and Christopher Hodgkinson of AZ, Jace and Jade Humphrey of Plainville, twins Max and Luke Humphrey of Middlebury and several nieces and nephews.Family and friends are invited to attend funeral services on Thursday, June 30, 2016 at 1:00pm at the Buckmiller Thurston Mengacci Funeral...
