She was employed at the Spirit Lake Bakery until her marriage to Arthur Pattison on Dec. 30, 1946. To this marriage there where four children born. The family made their home in Superior, and Grace enjoyed working at Winter's Cafe. On Nov. 12, 1966, she was united in marriage to Orville Olesen in Estherville. Orville passed away on Oct. 11, 1997. Grace moved to Estherville, in 2002.She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Superior.Left to cherish Grace's memory are her children, Mike (Linda) Pattison; Merle Pattison; Maureen Hatland all of Estherville; daughter-in-law, Kolleen Pattison of Graettinger, Iowa; step-son, David (Betty) Olesen of Fenton, Iowa; nine grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; six step great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephewsPreceding Grace in death are her parents; husband; son, Marvin Pattison; son-in-law, Duane Hatland; step-son, Danny Olesen; four brothers, Earl, Coyne, George and Woody Russell; two sisters, Mary Harmon and Myrtle Gentry; two grandsons, and a great-grandson.
