Monday, September 26, 2016Onolee McSorley Hussing, age 94, of Shelbina, Missouri, passed away on Wednesday, September 21, 2016, at the Shelbina Villa in Shelbina, Missouri.Onolee was born on September 22, 1921, in Quincy, Illinois, the daughter of Alva Ray Austin and Ruth Maude Wilkes. She was united in marriage to Don McSorley on June 12, 1940. He preceded her in death on November 20, 1973. She later married George J. Hussing on April 24, 1985. He preceded her in death on August 4, 2008.Onolee is survived by her three children, Gary McSorley (Louise) of Mesa, Arizona, Ron McSorley (Carol) of Holts Summit, Missouri, and Cheryl Mayes (Don) of Edina, Missouri; five grandchildren, Tammy McSorley, Mark McSorley, James McSorley, Jill Arnold, and Jeff Mayes; eight great-grandchildren.She was also preceded in death by her parents; three sisters, Wanda Holtshouser, Wilma Davis, and Carrol Brown; five brothers, Ray Jr., Vernon, Floyd, Darrol, and Alva Austin .Onolee was a member of the Shelbina United Methodist Church.
