He was born June 13, 1949 in Granite City, IL, son of the late Bill Pulley and Frances Black Glasgow.He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Lynda Lemons Pulley, son, Chris Pulley, Paris, TN, daughter, Amie Leese, Dover, TN, grandchildren, Jamie Pulley, Nolan Leese, and Lillian Leese, brothers, Billy Dean Pulley, Dover, TN, Barry Pulley, Dickson, TN, Benny Pulley, Elkton, KY, Tony Pulley, Dover, TN and sister, Mary Alice Izatt, Clarksville, TN.The funeral service will be at 1:00 pm Sunday at Anglin Funeral Home with Rev. Artist Waynick officiating, burial will be in the Hildreth Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:30 am until the time of service Sunday at Anglin Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Andy Lemons, Jeff Anderson, Jody Lemons, Richard Leese, Adam Zellers, and Kevin Boyd. Anglin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Run, two brothers: Charles Turner of Freedom, Gene Turner of White Oak Ridge Community, three sisters: Brenda Chaplin and Edna Jordan both of Tompkinsville, Debbie Gray of Glasgow, one granddaughter: Emma Turner, five step grandchildren and one step great grandchild.In addition to his parents and first wife he was preceded in death by one brother: Ronnie Turner and a step daughter: Donna Freeman.Funeral service will be conducted Tuesday, April 4 at 10:00 AM at Strode Funeral Home in Tompkinsville with cremation to follow.Visitation will be from 4:00 to 8:00 PM on Monday, April 3 and after 7:30 AM on Tuesday until time of service.Memorials are suggested to the Turner Cemetery or Bethlehem Cemetery.
