Monday, March 06, 2017Pearl Esther Dewitt Webb.She was married to Thomas Leo “Tom” Moyle on November 7, 1959, who preceded her in death on December 16, 2013.Surviving are one daughter, Kathy Shafer and her husband Don of Bruceton Mills; two sons, Robert Charles Moyle of Cleveland, OH, and James Patrick Moyle of Nutter Fort; seven grandchildren, Jeremy Scott Tartaglio, Philip Nicholas Tartaglio, Jamie Lynn Metheny, Amanda Marie Moyle, Robert Thomas Moyle, Brittany Rein King, and Coty Mullner; seven great-grandchildren, Thomas J. Metheny, Bradley J. Metheny, Mercedes Nicole Tartaglio, Olivia Magruder, Bryson Tartaglio, Kenzi Tartaglio and Gianna Isabella Tartaglio; four brothers and sisters, Richard Webb of Monongah, Nancy Johnson and her husband Fred of Charleston, Patricia Webb of Arkansas and Donna Smith and her husband Loren of West Union; along with many nieces, nephews and in-laws.She was also preceded in death by one son, Thomas Raymond Moyle; six brothers and sisters, Jean Taylor, Robert Webb, William Webb, and Charles, Martha and Ruth, who died in infancy. She was also preceded in death by her dog, Sam, who was her faithful companion for 10 years.Joann was a loving daughter and sister, and was like a mom to all her siblings. She was raised in the Clarksburg area and went to Victory High School. She soon after got married and moved to Ohio in 1960 to start and raise her family.
