Erwin RobbinsErwin C. Robbins, 77, of Greenfield, passed away on Sunday, June 11, 2017, at Kindred Transitional Care & Rehabilitation in Greenfield. Born on March 21, 1940, to the late Claude and Crystal (Lowder) Robbins.Erwin graduated from Hancock Central High School in 1958 and would spend his career working for Delco – Remy in Anderson until his retirement in 1994. Erwin married the love of his life, Marcia (Crider) Robbins, on June 6, 1964. He was a member of the Indiana National Guard and the Greenfield Christian Church.Erwin enjoyed collecting novelty toy tractors and race cars. She married J.W. Cowgill on August 23, 1988 in Sumter, South Carolina and they moved to Waukomis where they made their home for 15 years before returning to North Carolina so Patsy could care for her ailing mother. After her mother passed away, Patsy and J.W. returned to Nescatunga where they made their permanent home. She loved to go camping and fishing at the Salt Plains Lake and Ft. Fisher in North Carolina. She and J.W. loved to go dancing, spend time with their friends and family, and her beloved cocker spaniel Tucker.Patsy is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Ruby Long; and brother, Bobby Long. She is survived by her husband, J.W. He worked for Playland's Castaway Cove as a kid, and then went on to work at R & T Wark Event Consultants, Mattress One, Sleepy's and Sherwin Williams. He was an avid Eagles and Flyers fan, played hockey, soccer and was a State champion with the Hamilton U14 team. Tyler loved his family, friends, all animals, and especially his beloved bulldog, Mr. Wrigley Wiggle Butts. He loved the outdoors, fishing and crabbing and vacationing in Maine. Tyler is survived by his loving mother and father, Sally Rosella (Wark) and Marte W. Onesty, Jr., his brother, Zachary Alan (Amanda Kate Stilts), grandparents, Jean Whatley, Marte W. Class of 2012 and attended Atlantic Cape Community College. He worked for Playland's Castaway Cove as a kid, and then went on to work at R & T Wark Event Consultants, Mattress One, Sleepy's and Sherwin Williams. He was an avid Eagles and Flyers fan, played hockey, soccer and was a State champion with the Hamilton U14 team. Tyler loved his family, friends, all animals, and especially his beloved bulldog, Mr. Wrigley Wiggle Butts. He loved the outdoors, fishing and crabbing and vacationing in Maine. Tyler is survived by his loving mother and father, Sally Rosella (Wark) and Marte W. Onesty, Jr., his brother, Zachary Alan (Amanda Kate Stilts), grandparents, Jean Whatley, Marte W. Onesty, Sr. and his wife, JoAnn, aunts and uncles, Robert Wark, Jr. and Timothy Wark, Darren S. Onesty and his wife Doris, Donna and her husband Gary Kunde.
