Bluffdale, police say.The girl, Tacie Sorenson, lived near the site where the crash occurred, about 14000 S. 4000 West, said Saratoga Springs Police Sgt. Jeremy Wright.He said the 62-year-old Midvale man who was driving the SUV was cooperating with police, and that police do not believe drugs, alcohol or speed were factor.Police said the initial cause seems to be that, at 12:30 p.m., Tacie darted out into the road as the SUV was driving, but the case is still under investigation.Wright asked motorists to remember that during the summertime, children who are outside playing often don't pay attention to cars.mnoble@sltrib.comTwitter: @mnoblenews...
