September 21, 1968. They lived in Conklin, NY before moving to Mansfield, TX in January 1996. Linda was a registered nurse and held positions in the Binghamton, NY area, and subsequently in Arlington, TX, before retiring in January 2007. Don and Linda were active members of Regency Baptist Church, and prior to that, the Little White Church of Conklin, NY. Linda is survived by her loving husband Don of 48 years, and her children Jennifer (Ray) Everhart, and James Follet, and her grandchildren, Josiah, Naomi, and Ruthanne. Surviving her also is her sister, Nancy (Charles) Donlin of Scranton, PA along with several nieces and nephews. There will be no visitation, but a memorial service will be held on July 1, 2017 at 1:00 PM at Regency Baptist Church, 5101 New York Avenue, Arlington, TX 76018. Linda was a big part of supporting missions at Regency Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to missions work at Regency Baptist Church in Linda’s name.

Sister of Bette Aia and her husband Michael of NY, Carole Banks and her husband John of NH, Claire Sousa and her husband Robert of Billerica, John Silva and his wife Jan of FL, Malcolm Silva of Saugus, George Silva and his wife Mary of NH, and the late Lorraine Barry and her husband Leo. Dear grandmother of Ryan, Lauren, Trevor, Zachary, Olivia, and Rafael. Great grandmother of Brianna. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. The Funeral procession will be held from the George L. Doherty Funeral Home, 855 Broadway (Powder House Sq.) Somerville, Saturday morning at 9:00 am followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Ann Church Somerville at 10:00 am. Relatives and friends invited. Calling hours Friday 4-8 pm. Interment will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery in Malden. Prior to her retirement Joan was a Financial Assistant for Harvard University.
